Ronaldo? Past His Best
Milan could be without a number of key players for the clash against Arsenal. But while the likes of Kaka, Gattuso, Seedorf and Pato could all be ready, the one person who is definitely going to miss out is Ronaldo. However, Wenger clearly does not rate El Fenomeno's absence as a telling factor in the tie. "Ronaldo is out but I don't feel he was hyper-competitive," he said. "Of course he could still have come on but he was already past his best."
Watch Out For Kaka
Instead, the Frenchman believes that last year's Champions League MVP Kaka is the biggest threat to his side. "Kaka made the difference last year in this competition, especially against Celtic," he opined. "He's the guy who can dominate a situation and in 10 seconds get to the other side of the pitch and score a goal. "Because of him we need to be more cautious in the centre than we usually are. He's especially dangerous at counter-attacking." The Gunners are expected to use Mathieu Flamini to man-mark Kaka over the two legs.
